PMCDE working with Newport City Homes

PMCDE have been commissioned by Newport City Homes to manage their property services which includes repairs, empty properties and estates management at a time of major transformation. This is the second welsh commission with previous contracts being delivered for Cardiff City Council.

The contract is based on service redesigns for all areas and brings PMCDE specific experience in service transformations to the forefront.

 

Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing

PMCDE have worked with CNH on a number of projects including both interim management that of Director of Property and Investment Services, Business Support Manager and Asset Management to that of projects including process designs and customer journey mapping. This has been a major transformation project and we wish all those involved within CNH both employees, partners and tenants all the best in future.

Whitefriars Housing


PMCDE have been working with Whitefriars Housing on a number of projects including a review of the planning functionality around housing repairs and that of its Homeworks team. Repairs and Maintenance specifically Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in-house teams are a specialty area for PMCDE Limited due to having extensive experience and knowledge in this field.
