Cardiff Council Project

PMCDE Limited are working with Cardiff City Council on the transformation of housing repairs services through a business architect design. The work is part of Cardiff’s ambitious plans to deliver modern and customer centric services for the benefit of their tenants with a housing stock approaching 14,000.

PMCDE will be project managing the design and implementation of a whole raft of solutions aimed at service transformation for this critical core service on behalf of the Council. The programme of works are based around an internal workforce and creating a solution that provides the tools necessary for business design and delivery.This project continues the portfolio of works within housing repairs delivered by PMCDE including that of the Aster Group, Notting Hill, South Essex Homes and Southend Council.
