PMCDE has undertook a contract for Charter Housing in Wales around the interim management of its asset management services. This brought to the forefront our significant experience around service transformations as well as the need for interim managed services. This contract involved areas such as stock and asset management, property services and estates management.

We have also represented Charter on the Chartered Institute of Housings project around the future of asset management in the UK.
